  "We called Waiheke Appliance Repairs when our Baumatic dishwasher stopped mid-cycle. Someone was round to check it out that same day and gave me a great run-down on what the issue what and what was required to fix it. He also provided us with a stop-gap solution that enabled us to use the dishwasher whilst a replacement part was being ordered. I found both people I dealt with to be friendly and informative. The job was done quickly and efficiently and at a price we thought was fair."

  "Our old Fisher and Paykel dishdrawer breaks down fairly frequently. The last time it happened Chris knew what the fault was from my phone call and by talking me through what to do over the phone was able to tell me how to fix the problem - thereby saving me a callout fee and doing himself out of a job. He spent at least half an hour on the phone with me going through various options and even called the next day to make sure it was still ok. Thats what I call service. Thanks alot guys !"
