I specalise in pre purchase and pre sale building inspections for both residential and commercial. Thermal imaging and weathertightness reports and inspections, Building reports, Leak detection & investigation.
I am qualified with the New Zealand Institute of Building Surveyors. I am a registered Masterbuilder and a registered LBP, A member of standards New Zealand and the New Zealand Green Building Council and a HomeStar assessor and practitioner. I have been carrying out professional building inspections and surveys for over 14 years. I carry full indemnity insurance and the inspection methodology and reporting format meet all the current requirements from banks and lending institutions in New Zealand.

Hi, my name is Mark Waters, I am the owner and senior inspector at Weather Tight Solutions NZ ltd. Since 2006 I have been specialising in providing professional and comprehensive building pre purchase and pre sale inspections. We are specalists in building thermal imaging and weathertightness inspections and reports. We cover the greater Auckland, Waikato and central north island regions.
