    "These people are very nice and communicate well. However, their workmanship is NOT good. We had some small stains on our carpet. One was fresh and should have come straight out - they made no impression on it whatsoever. Another one was older but so faint we could hardly see it. We just wanted it removed while they were there. However, they poured goodness knows what into it and made it a huge mess! We had to lodge an insurance claim to come and fix it. The insurance people sent Maxi… Services who managed to clean the fresh stain no problem and thankfully managed to fix up the other mess too. They had no idea what Wellington Carpets had done to it. Would not recommend as obviously do not have a clue what they are doing."
