After measurement I said that I was in no great hurry but was assured that someone would contact me in three weeks to arrange installation. Eight weeks later I contacted them and installation was still two weeks away.
When they came to do the install the large window had been cut to the wrong size so they had to get it remade.
I had to get them to return after installation to get them to repair the damage done to the wooden frames when they removed the existing… windows.
Though I was given a 10% discount because of all the trouble I was left with the impression that they didn\'t really care.
I had used them once before and had nowhere near this much trouble but will never use them again."
