100%"We decided to replace our internal wooden doors by some French doors in our bungalow and asked Vance to fit them in for us, when the original door makers unexpectedly, who were supposed to do the job, shut business.
It was a tricky business as the internal frame was not totally straight and Vance and his assistant took a long time to fine tune it. 100%"Just a little job, but done with 'Top Notch' professionalism. Our house is about 20 years old and one lever catch broke on a pair of push-out windows. I contacted Vance who came by to take a look. He suggested I could do the job myself - he told me where to buy a replacement window catch, "but don't get just one get a set of four, otherwise the new one won't look right alongside the other three slightly corroded ones". So I got four catches and tried to remove the screws...........… the first two screws came out OK on the first catch but I couldn't get the 'slightly corroded' screws out from any of the the other catches while reaching over a box hedge under the windows.
I called Vance again and he came by as promised within the week with his drill and did the job in 5 minutes. And he was correct - the finished job looks so much better to have had all four catches replaced at the same time.
I really appreciate the prompt service where, even for a little job like mine, Vance was the right man to call. He is most certainly the one I will call if there is a next time!

First there is steel supports each side of the window, creating a small challenge for fastening. second it was on the second floor with Access on a busy Car Park. About us
We are a Whangaparaoa based team servicing the Auckland region (currently just as far south as Mt Wellington), specialising in anything and everything to do with glass and aluminium joinery.
What we do
We take care of your aluminium window and door needs including supplying and installing glass and aluminium joinery, hardware replacement (i.e. handles and locks), and window and door maintenance, repairs and leaks. We also provide glass and joinery for office fit outs, and property maintenance for commercial properties windows and doors.
