    "Housewash purchased thru TreatMe 18 Dec 2022, voucher received same day. Could nor contact Wipeout by phone at all to book job so emailed. An "Oscar Brewer" responded 20 Dec - confirmed that "Nick" would be at our home to do housewash Thurs 2nd Feb @8:00am.

    So 6 weeks later we were expecting "Nick" to turn up.

    No show. Tried calling Wipeout, texting them, emailing them. Nothing. Nada. Zip. Multiple attempts through the day and the following day.… Silence.

    Eventually had to go back via TreatMe for refund which took some weeks as they "were working with the vendor". What a load of.... And during all this TreatMe were still advertising Wipeout's services and presumably taking orders....... I also asked for feedback multiple times as to why their advertiser had gone to ground and not responded - as at at 15 Mar (6 weeks later) still no response from TreatMe.

    Appalling "service" from Wipeout (and I note they don't appear to have a physical address listed anywhere).    "
