    "Allo Allo picked up our dryer which was not working and took it away to repair it. When they brought it back the badge was missing and I asked for it to be returned and the guy said he would the next day. We paid him but he did not bring the badge back and I rang him the following week and he again promised he would return it but did not show. The same week the dryer stopped working. I made numerous calls and either got an answer phone will a full mailbox so I could not leave a message, or left… a message and was never contacted. Finally my husband went to the shop and spoke with them. They said they would come the following day then turned up without calling and we were out. They left a note saying they would return the following morning, but did not arrive until midday. They took the dryer and said it would be repaired and returned the folloowing day. That was 3 days ago and we have still not seen or heard from him. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are a nightmare to deal with and their repairs are useless."

    "I called Allo Allo to repair my Simpson Atlas Tempest stove as the bottom element was not working and the oven door seal had come loose. They repaired the element ok but I later discovered that the door seal was still loose and I could not close the oven door properly. I rang the company again and made an appointment for them to call back and fix it but no-one turned up. They were obviously not interested as I had already paid the repair bill and I would definitely avoid this company for… repairs in the future."
