    "The biggest issue with this company is their lack of communication. The central office does not communicate with their customers, but more importantly, they do not communicate with their field staff.
    As a consequence, I made multiple appointments with the central office, took time off work to be home for the engineer, but they never turned up!
    Once they finally managed to turn up on time they needed to take the appliance back to the office to repair it. They said it would take three days to… fix. I did take three days to fix, but it took over two weeks for them to return the appliance to me! The reason was that they didn't have an engineer going to the Shore for over a week. When the engineer contacted me on the day he was supposed to be returning the appliance, he was under the impression he was picking an appliance up!

    Another week came and went and another no show!

    I would not recommend this company unless you are prepared for a very frustrating and costly experience!    "

    "Best place to repair European brand whiteware; never cheap, but that\'s because parts for Bosch/Miele/Asko etc aren\'t cheap so it\'s not their fault. Always helpful, turn up when they say they will and good at estimating cost."
