    "Used twice and mistakes were made both times. The second time ended up causing damage to my property that they agreed to pay for then argued with my builder around the cost once it was repaired. Installers had a habit of showing up without any warning. They also neglected to tell me a few things until after the fact that means I’m left with no other option than to fork out extra money. The director of the company went so far as admitting fault but never managed an apology. I’m willing to… accept a few mistakes, that’s life, but for $8k+ worth of work I didn’t expect so many unpleasant surprises."
