    "I had a poor experience with Garador Auckland. Service technician carried out annual maintenance and told me that for the door to work at its best I needed to replace the hardware (rails, brackets, hinges).

    I decided to get a second opinion and the outcome was the second contractor completed some minor work tightening and realigning the door and it works perfectly.

    This saved me $1k in work that was not needed.

    In my expectation i found their technician intentionally recommended… unnecessary works to boost his income or had not been trained sufficiently to recommend what is actuallly required."

    "Quote was done fairly promptly. Some delays in getting email replies that required follow up. Installation was done on the day agreed, however a part was left off that required me to chase up on. As this property is a rental I only discovered the missing part a few days later upon an inspection. I raised the issue but had to follow up to ask if it had been done as I was not notified it had been resolved. Overall I would use the company again, but next time would like to be keep in the loop… progressively without second guessing. This company is however one of the better companies to deal with from the No Cowboys site. Thanks"

    "From Paul's first visit to discuss the best replacement for my garage doors I found Garador Auckland very
    helpful and friendly. Paul gave me great advice and options to consider. The door was installed on time and Daryl the installer was also friendly. He was quick and very tidy. The doors look lovely and have modernised the house. I appreciate the convenience of the new opener especially in the winter months, and the safety aspect of the new doors.
