    "I have been using this business for 4 years but no more.
    First I bought a very expensive brand name fame. When I had a problem they denied I bought the frame there. Recently after a check up I needed new specs. The specs no longer fitted the case they had been in for 4 years. I was told I had had the wrong case. On closer inspection and comparing with the old lenses it is just that they have installed the lenses incorrectly. They are no longer flush with the edge where they are menat to… sit.

    I get tired of being blamed by them for problems that appear to be caused by them.    "
