First, wiring up a new kitchen and bathroom. Second, wiring in some new kitchen appliances, and third, wiring in a new hot water cylinder. And I've just mailed him to schedule in another job.
I would thoroughly recommend him on all counts. Clear and prompt communications. Reliable, turns up when he says he will and does what he says he will. Careful work. Will tell you what he thinks… would be the best way to do the job but won't be pushy about upselling. Will actually help you think through problems and solve them - even when the issue is with other contractors and isn't just about the electrics - rather than leaving you with more of a headache than you started with, as some tradies do.
Clear and carefully itemised billing, and reasonable pricing. And on top of that a friendly guy to deal with.
