    "Noel was one of three landscapers I got quotes from. He was the only one who broke down the quote into each area, and was also the most reasonable. We discussed what I had in mind and he came to look at the site, and made some suggestions. I had just moved into a brand new house with only a deck out from the lounge and a sloping site rising up from the deck. Noel has created a beautiful haven, with boulders, trees and shrubs, which looks so natural, it seems as if they have always been… there. He and his young helper Zac, worked really hard, and did not cut any corners. He also put in many more shrubs and trees than he quoted for. I am absolutely delighted with my beautiful garden, and would recommend North City Landscapers to anyone.
