    "We contacted Mark after our bore water pump failed. Initially he replaced our pump and had us back up and running at what we thought was a reasonable price. This new pump turned out to be faulty, which he replaced under warranty. The replacement pump also failed after a fortnight at which point he fixed it again but failed to communicate what the problem had been with the pump and sent us an invoice for it\'s repair (despite a 2 year warranty). It has since failed again and, after getting the… problem resolved by another company, we found that the pump he originally provided was actually unsuitable for our bore."
