    "Project management, communications and quality control over my renovations were awful. I never felt like they were working in my best interests. I was kept in the dark about increasing costs (until the invoice arrives) and they would avoid phone calls and not respond to emails. They did a poor job of keeping everything on track, adhering to budgets, didn't properly brief subcontractors nor listen to my concerns. Subsequently things took far longer than they should have, work had to be revisited… several times and all this inefficiency was all invoiced on to me of course. Working with them was incredibly stressful and I would never use these guys again."
