    "Initially all communication and dealings with the company were very good. When the job was completed and assessed by me (the client), the building contractor and the architect as being unsatisfactory their whole attitude changed to being quite aggressive. The director of the company even phoned my wife in an intimidating manner with implied threats.

    The floor was redone but still of a substandard quality - our architect said that it was not consistent with the quality of the… build.

    They gave us the advice that it had to be "bull floated" and other contractors that we got to come and assess the work said that bull floating is not the accepted method of finishing the laying of a floor, it must be power floated.

    Other two concrete contractors we got to assess the quality of the job (who have been in the trade for a lot longer than these "cowboys") said that the floor was at best 80%.

    They showed me a floor that had been done as an example of what we were to get, but their finished product for us did not look anywhere near as good.

    When they applied the Densi proof coating to the exterior walls it was applied over mud marks, and in places looked like it had been applied with a broom!

    We are left with a floor that we now have to get other contractors to finish, because they have refused to come back and unfortunately the main contractor paid them under the threat of debt collection.    "
