    "Think Andrew is a very efficient and competent builder. Could have paid more attention to details in what I wanted though and perhaps more charge over subcontractors so I wouldn\'t have to. eg. Sparky\'s didn\'t know I wanted dimmer lights.

    A breakdown of expenses would have been of interest for me (I should have asked for one), and a viewing of the aluminum/decking wood would have instilled into me more confidence in the end product.

    Otherwise, very easy to deal with. Would definitely… reconsider re-hiring for future work."

    "As it was a number of small jobs it is hard to do an overall rating as some were better than others.
    Communication was not the best as there were delays but I wasn\'t informed and had to ring up to find out what was happening.    "
