"Our tile roof needed repointing and a few tiles replaced.
Phill responded quickly, communicated well. Came and quoted the next day and was on site within a week of the quote being accepted.
Phill arrived on time and completed he job in the time that he said he would. He even brough some matching roof tiles for replacing the broken ones. Then he finished it off with Moss Boss.
All work was done to a high standard and the roof looks like new again.
Would recommend Phill 100%."

My roof needed fairly urgent work after capping tiles had been blown off in bad weather. Despite it being the middle of winter, Phill was prompt in his communication and attendance. He completed the work quickly, with a high level of skill. I would fully reccomend him.

"I’m a widow and not use to doing major house maintenance? I bought my unit just over a year ago and 6 mths ago I started noticing my skylights started leaking slowly
I emailed affordable roofing and the next day Phillip got back to me.
Phillip came out the next day to look at the job.
Phillip was able to explain to me how they had rusted & deteriorated and that at some stage they would need to be replaced. I was able to source a skylight I liked he came the following week and installed… it within a day.

"I desperately needed someone to take a look at my roof while I was away on holiday and had a call the the water was leaking in my house. I contacted several contractors of which I took the first to respond, who then proceeded to quote me with a very high price and four day wait.
I decided to ask the second person who contacted me back (Phil) if he could take a look at the roof and give me a quote, he went straight over took photos of what needed repairing and sent me through a quote within a… few hours. The quote was a third of the price of the previous company and Phil went above and beyond to source tiles to complete the job. He also did a temporary repair job until the tiles were available and came back and completed the job efficiently and affordably. It is difficult to take people at their word now days, I was so grateful for the professional and kind way that Phil carried himself. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone wanting their job completed efficiently affordably by someone you can trust.

"6 weeks ago, we discovered the roof at my mother's house had been leaking for some time. I called Phil, having got his contact details from No Cowboys. He came around promptly, checked the roof, told us what he thought was the issue and provided a quote to fix it (which was very reasonable). I needed to check this with my mother's insurers and Phil was happy to wait until I got a response. Once we got the go ahead, Phil promptly turned up to fix the leak, recommended what we could do to make… sure there was no reoccurrence. "Phil undertook to remove a previous poor paint job on our roof. He started to remove it then advised that it was best to leave it to weather off over the winter. I have been trying to get him to return to finish the job ever since which is now almost a year since he first came. He wont answer phone calls or return messages. I've spent over $2000 with no result. It's been extremely frustrating and extremely disappointing that he has absolutely no professionalism."

"Phil did a fantastic job in refurbishing our roof including repointing and recoating. He was thorough and provide good information. He worked on weekend and get the job completed before Christmas break. Found a cracked tile a day after and Phil came back immediately and replace it. Overall job well done, highly recommended."

"Would highly recommend this company. Phil was excellent. We were doing a full reno with new bathroom, toilet, kitchen and carpets etc and we had to delay when Phil could start as well as wait on the weather but Phil was very accommodating. Phil repaired the lead in the roof eves that was cracked as well replaced all the chipped roofing tile. Our roof was also painted a completely different colour and it looks fantastic. Phil was kept a very clean site and left plenty of spare tiles. Nothing was… too much trouble for him. We will using him for all future roof repairs and be recommending him to my family and friends."

"Phill was fantastic and I couldn't praise him high enough. We have been getting a lot of work done around our property and have been getting let down constantly with trades people not meeting dates or not turning up when they said they would. But there was never a single issue with Phill; he turned up exactly when he said, he always cleaned everything up after himself, the job looks great and the price was good as well. "I was a bit apprehensive when first looking for a roofing contractor but have been very impressed with Phill and his references from this web site.
Phil carried out quite a few repairs on my tile roof and did an excellent job and at an excellent price.
I am very experienced in dealing with all types of contractors and Phill was everything they should be. I know very little of roofing and Phill happily took the time to explain the work he was proposing to do.
He kept in constant… communication throughout the duration of the job. He also took time to show me his qualifications and accreditation before starting the work (with out me asking) and his many years of experience and in-depth knowledge of roofing was clearly evident. I am more than happy to recommend Phill and will not hesitate to use him for ongoing maintenance in the future."

He gave excellent advice and he was not one of these tradesman that tried to rip you off. He would charge you at a good price but what he gave me was excellent workmanship that is hard to find these days. His experience shows that he knows what he is doing. I am recommending him to anyone I know that need some roofing job.

"Phill was fantastic our 14 foot trampoline blew into our house breaking roof tiles. I called him out of the blue on Friday morning and we were going away for the weekend with rain coming. He found second hand tiles and fixed the roof without me being there which meant I could carry on working.
