    "I needed a small job done on a Saturday morning - called Albany Concrete Cutting and although they were heading out shortly they went out of their way to fit my job in, and on top of that offered to do it for free (I encouraged them take a small payment, mainly to make me feel better).     "Over the past 7yrs have used ACC on 3 occasions [about once every three years] while renovating different parts of the house [its a big project]. Every time Ross has been prompt to arrive when he says he will OR ring. Always prompt, keeps mess to a minimum [its a messy job], and is reasonably priced. I have no hesitation in recommending him at all."
