    "We had/have a small ding on the right side of our car where someone reversed into the vehicle when it was parked. We chose APP Onehunga because they used to do good work, but this time we had the car back 3-4 times and even had the Collision Repair Association help me out. In the end I was so sick and tired of taking the car back and forth that i just gave up - I couldnt face another round of negotiating about how they where going to fix the panels. The side of the car still has ripples where… they have tired to fix the dents, the swage line is totally up the shoot and there is still a subsidence in the panel that you can see every time you walk or drive past the vehicle, it makes me so angry when I see it. NEVER USE THESE GUYS EVER - unless they replace every panel they touch with a new one = panel work they cant do."
