    "Bradnam's needed to come in to replace the frames of our 3-panel sliding door, because the oridingal powder coat was scratched. They also needed to replace one glass panel which was scratched.
    The team came in and instead of replacing the panels and frames together from a factory fit, they popped the frames off to try and replace the glass panels. They broke two full glass panels (4 glass sheets in total because we are double glazed). They only had one replacement panel, so couldn't fix this.… They didn't have tools to clean up the glass they left in our yard, but eventually returned to try and sweep the glass into our garden.    "
