    "Absolutely appalling. Undermeasured, refused to complete job, we were left hanging for 7 months. No follow up at all, then asked to pay for extra carpet which they hadn't allowed for. Now trying to double charge for installation. Avoid at all costs! "

    "We dealt with Carpet Court Lower Hutt for an insurance claim to replace some carpet, and also purchased more privately to finish the whole house. The experience was painful from start to finish - I'll never use them again and would not have proceeded with the sale if it weren't for the fact that they're the preferred supplier of my insurance company. The customer service was inefficient and showed no initiative - it was as if they did not want my money. I had to chase them at every turn to… progress from one step to the next. When we finally reached the point of laying the carpet, the installer was 90 mins late, with no call to tell me. He failed to install the underlay I had paid for, instead re-using the old, original underlay. They also charge a 'vacuuming fee' - but rather than bringing his own vacuum cleaner, the installer used our vacuum cleaner until it was so blocked with carpet fluff that it stopped working. He didn't empty it and left the remainder of the carpet unvacuumed. A thoroughly disappointing, frustrating experience at all stages."
