  "Work shop run by Indians. My Nissan Leaf with weak aircon heater was taken to them for diagnosis and repair. They charged $540 to flush and replace “contaminated” aircon refrigerant gas. This didn’t do anything as the aircon gas was totally fine as evidenced by cold air blowing at full strength while the hot air was weak. When I asked for explanation on the phone the Indian staff members gave a very vague explanation along the lines of seeing some dirt next to aircon pipe, but couldn’t… offer any more details about the exact nature of this “contamination”. They clearly have no qualms about performing expensive unnecessary jobs to rip people off without properly understanding the problem they are dealing with (likely a sensor issue)."

  "Repairs were completed on my Holden as expected. They phoned to let confirm costs once fault was found, as they said they would. They texted when vehicle was completed repair. Invoice was lower than estimated, thank goodness. Good job all around. They even advised correct operation of the AC system. "
