    She communicates with us regarding any issues that may crop up and deals with them in a very professional manner. She asks for permission to go ahead before making financial decisions.

    "Kathy Q is the most incompetent agent I have ever had. Whatever happens she gets wrong and is then accusational towards you for her own incompetence. This has happened multiple times. The fact she still has a job is testiment to how much of a cowboy organisation Crockers preperty really is. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!"

    "Rented from crockers 20 months. Cherry was our property manager. She was a pleasure to deal with. Easy going, friendly and always replied to my emails of any concern in a timely manner. Always knew where we stood and would let us know if their was any concerns- which we never had any. Comply with the rental guidelines and you will have no hassles what so ever. Would recommend renting from crockers to others????"

    "Still waiting for our $900 bond to be returned 3 months after leaving the rental property! The office does not return calls and the fault of not having the bond returned has been blamed on us and the DBH despite the fact we have faxed forms to their office ("we never received them") and the DBH has told us they haven't received the paperwork from Crockers. Still ongoing."

    "CROCKERS - Quay street - Auckland
    I felt the whole time like I owned them something.
    All staff were so full of self.
    When I tried to explain them something they even told me not to tell them how to do their job.
    Once I did not pay the rent in time and they called me to tell me that they \"don\'t want to chase me down for the rent\". I felt like a criminal.
    Really bad energy in that place.
    I don\'t recommend.    "
