    "I agreed with a material and hourly rate to do a kitchen and 14 downlights. A small job to rewire, new downlights and run some cat cable and HDMI cable. Had an original quote for 5k to do this job that included lighting in my deck but decided on Kelvin as he put a good effort in from start. Did not get a quote. Big mistake!!! Hidden costs that he did not disclose, charging for hours not completed and huge markup on materials in some cases over 100% as I later found out.!!! Also charged for… items that were not delivered. Job still not complete and has cost me 10k, has left the entire project with a bitter end. Complete rip-off and would suggest to steer well clear of this cowboy, he will fleece you!!"
