    "In 2005 I had an experience with Harcourts Papkura that has resulted in me wishing to steer clear of them altogether. I wanted to rent a property, I didn't have any references as I'd never rented before, I was 18years old, attending Auckland University and working two jobs. My partner was in full-time employment but didn't have any references either as he'd always boarded with others (I asked if these references would be sufficient). I recieved absolutely no service, I was treated with absolute… distain. My partner and I are soon going to be in a position to buy and I won't be touching Harcourts with a bage pole!"
