    "Small verandah roof replacement and expansion. Provided verbal estimate for labour. Invoice was grossly (300%) greater, despite no hidden problems. His work was reasonable quality, but in view of his estimate / versus invoice, I do not recommend him. Possibly OK if you tie him down at the start and get a written Quotation!!!!!!!!!! Watch out for unsolicited "extras"."
