    "It was a huge mistake choosing Hine Roofing for replacing our roof. You trust people to begin with, but in hindsight we were misled from the start and there were a series of problems with workmanship. After we completed payment, communication suddenly got way worse, and there signs of unprofessionalism straightaway. Eg, they didnt even tell us in advance when they were starting the job, they just turned up one day. Every single time we found an issue that needed fixing, the Director Sumit made… up every excuse to try and avoid doing anything about it, and it was impossible to get him to accept responsibility for poor workmanship, even when professional third party reports that we paid for confirmed where things were not right. And whenever they did eventually agree to come back (through our sheer persistence and after a lot of stress and energy), they always did so begrudgingly, and created even further problems.

    Poor workmanship and dishonesty and lack of integrity is a bad combination when it comes to something as important as roofing.    "
