    "Hired Louvre System BOP to install a louvre. Prior to hiring them, I pointed out some imperfections (a row of screws and nail) in the existing opening flashings structure and asked if they would be hidden by the louvre. He replied; "Yes". I also asked if the existing flashings were suitable and he also said "yes". I repeated these questions on a following visit, insisting that the screws must be hidden by the louvre frame and he assured me they would be and that I should use… the existing flashings. After louvre was installed, the job looked terrible. The screws were still visible and the flashings had bent from the louvres, creating unsightly gaps. I asked Lance to remedy the job and he refused to take any responsibility. A poor experience overall."
