    "The cylinder itself is good, however the communication within the company is very flawed. Starting with the quote, and not communicating "payment is expected upon completion", getting a phone call from the office demanding payment straight away without even a written quote or a copy of the warranty. Did make payment within the week after this was received by email. However, cylinder stopped working 3 days later, and they sent an electrician to review it letting us know if its an… electrical fault we would have to pay the call out fee $340. However, the electrician said it was an installation fault, as connections to the cylinder were too loose. Yet, the office lady tried to charge us for this without talking directly to the electrician. I would not recommend this place with all the hassle it caused."
