    "Smiths Interiors did a fantastic job in turning my basement into a really livable space. The basement had had moisture problems which Smiths fixed by sealing the concrete floor, then building a raised floor, with attention to underfloor ventilation, and new insulated walls with access panels for the facilities behind the walls. They also replaced an exterior door with a new door, installed a drain with a grate outside the door; and eplaced a free-standing brick facade in front of my chimney,… which was an earthquake risk, with a fire rated gib wall. They provided a complete service right from design suggestions through to plastering, and their workmanship was of the highest standard. They promptly provided a very reasonable quote and added a great deal of value through their suggestions which improved on my original concept. They completed all the work within agreed timeframes, and their communication throughout the job was excellent."
