    "PLEASE DO NOT USE
    Job to stop leak in shower mixer.
    Changed two parts to stop leak.
    Suspect one of the parts didn't need changing.
    Charged double/triple what parts are worth.
    Took 3 months to complete job.
    Had to call them numerous times to follow up.
    They blamed Covid19 delay in parts.
    Called supplier of parts who stated parts readily available and takes a day to courier out.
    Was charged multiple times for travel to merchant to order and pick up parts.
    The whole job cost $700 for two parts that should cost $219 and took 3 months to finally fix the leak.

    Paid part of bill originally and even told him it was still leaking before he left the property said it's just water stored in the head. Had to call the next day to get him back out.

    Questioned them about the over charge of parts and travel costs and was threatened with debt collectors if the second bill was not paid. Was charged for misc (not sure why?) and PPE gear $20. It took 5mins to install both parts.

    "Booked a job for 2pm Saturday at rental property. Made special trip to meet them - after insisting they are on time. 20mins later no show - called phone - no answer - called mobile - no answer. Rang back....finally answered. Told me they got confused between my job and another...so were not going to show up. Awesome. Never again."

    turned up gave price for installing new toilet remove old .I said yes go ahead when can you do they said tomorrow between 10 and 12 great I will have everything ready to give you guys .so I took the day off work.took off door to make it easier for them to get in and around toilet with out it being in the way ,lifted carpet as they said it would need to done ,unpacked new toilet from 3 boxes laid out so to be easier to get to and save time .only to have them phone up at 11.30am to say cannot come now as a lager company needs a job done so will have to come another day. I explained all of above but they just said the bigger company comes first .Do not use unless you are a big company or can be bothered with taking a number of days off work to fit in with this company.

    "Phoned and requested a plumber visit rental property to repair a leaking pipe underhouse. Gave the tenants contact number to arrange a time to do the job, as he has a dog, along with my contact details. Unfortunately whilst at the rental property the plumbers (yes I was charged for TWO) took it upon themselves to do work which I had not asked them to do. 4 1/4 hours later the leaking pipe was repaired. A toilet inlet valve replaced and an outside hose tap.
    VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! POOR COMMUNICATION!!!

    41/4 HOURS EXCESSIVE LABOUR FOR WORK DONE

    "I booked 24hrs in advance for work on Saturday, and was told that they would be there between 8-9am. I waited and then called them at 9.30, and was told that they were held up at another job by half an hour. I waited until 10:30, then called them again. I was then told by Chris that he had just gotten off the phone with the plumber and he would call me back in the next 15 minutes. I then waited until 11:30 before calling him again. I was then told that they are being abused by the neighbour and had gone off to get parts - part\'s for WHOM They aren\'t at my place! I waited all weekend, but never heard back. I\'m sick of chasing up these cowboys and don\'t recommend them to anyone. And no thanks to Howick Plumbing for recommending them to me."
