    "We also had several quotes for heat pumps and were impressed with the price these guys came up with. The installation went smoothly and they did a great job. Didn't have problems with their communication at all and found they responded promptly to messages/emails. Would recommend."

    "We had quotes from several different companies for a heat pump, and TS came in cheapest and seemed the most knowledgable when suggesting options. The work was done professionally. HOWEVER, their communication was attrocious! They sent their quote over a week after they said they would, and only after I had rung and left 4 messages, and spoken to three different people. When the quote arrived, it did not include their t's and c's, I had to ring another three times, and send four emails to get a… copy of these. One phone conversation went:

    Me: Good morning, I recently received a quote from you, but...

    Them (interjecting): I'll need to take your name and number and get someone to get back to you

    Me: But you haven't even heard my question yet! All I want is a copy of your terms and conditions

    Them: I'll get someone to call you...    "
