    "We originally contacted Martin months ago regarding getting some sports t-shirts printed. In September we visited him to drop off a cheque to get around 40 t-shirts printed. He assured us he normally turns his shirts around in 3-6 days, but that he required 3 or 4 days extra to deal with our crest (military style). Following endless numbers of emails - most of which weren't even acknowledged, we finally got the t-shirts 63 days later. The t-shirts are DISGUSTING. From incorrect spelling,… to poor printing (see-through colours on most) and at least one t-shirt being covered in paint splatters - this product is completely unusable. Considering the extra time taken to handle our organisations crest, this part of the t-shirt looks the worst. Soooo so disappointed and NO customer service skills."

    "With the rating for The Handprint Factory. ...we acknowledged that problems due to the dye in the garments had appeared after dispatch. We promptly gave a full refund on return of the tops as per our policy on customer service.The client had been advised of a delay in reproducing their logo from the low quality file provided and had told us at the time there was no great urgency. Other issues were never raised. Especially puzzling would be the \"misspelling\" as all naming was produced from importing the file they supplied"
