    "The worst builder We have ever dealt with. Paid him for a job in Mid-May, he didn't start until June. After the job was complete we checked out the work with him. He cut corners and didn't complete the entire job as promised. He demanded to be paid on the spot for completing the job. When asked about an invoice for the materials and for his labor, things started getting very heated. He mentioned he has never given someone an invoice for materials, which makes me question his business practices.… Then he started making threats of assault, saying things like 'I'll come for you boy, you better watch out.' We paid him to avoid an escalation to violence and now are looking to pursue legal action."
