The first time I encountered problems I reached for the Yellow Pages but every electrician I called either said they couldn't come that day or they would try to get there in the afternoon - which was no good to me!

I decided to try one more company, and chose WES from the bottom of the list,

I was told by the receptionist that all their… electricians were booked on jobs and doubted they could come out to me. I hung up without making any arrangements.

However, about 10 minutes later, as I was trying to work out what food to discard and how to trade for the day without certain cooked foods, I got a call from John at WES.

He said he understood that I had been told that there was no electricians available, but he realised the importance of cooking facilities in lunch bars and said he would send someone around asap - and that he would phone the electrician's first appointment to say that he would be late.

I was sorry that someone else had to wait a short time while the WES electrician came and fixed my equipment, but John had saved me a lot of expense and wastage and saw to it that I could carry on trading on that day.

Whangarei Electrical Services have been used by my company ever since, and I recommend them to all and sundry when I hear they are in need of an electrician.
