    "We hired Andrew to fix a leaky colortile roof and the entire experience was terrible. Firstly, he claimed to be a licenced building practitioner when we wasn't. Secondly, he used deceptive quoting practices, trying to charge us over $2k for a 1 hour silicone job. Thirdly, we had that silicone job reviewed by two independent contractors who both said the correct procedures had not been followed and it wa in fact one of the worst jobs they'd ever seen. We've since taken him to the disputes… tribunal and won a full refund of our money but posting here to warn other to stay away."

    "This review is for YJ Development Ltd, run by Andrew (Yogesh) Ram. However, previous to mid-July 2019, his company name was KPS roofing or KPS Building Ltd. The review is for his work done for me under the KPS roofing name late last year 2018. A full review can be found under “KPS roofing” on this same website. The reason I write a review under YJ Development is for any new customers who has no idea that Andrew has been operating under the KPS roofing name only until fairly recently.… To make a long story short, Andrew’s work is a scam and has next to no value and Andrew charges the unsuspecting customer an unconscionable amount of money. When I called him up to repair a roof that was causing water to leak into the office underneath after a night of heavy rain, he just did a patch-up job that did not even cover the actual hole where the leak was occurring. When he was called back, he was aggressive and verbally abusive and would not offer to do anything differently from what he did first. He had no expertise in roof repair yet held himself out as an expert with the display of the lbp. He also likes to use another roofer, Richard (Ritchie) Craven, who has already appeared in FairGo, in 2017, as the subject of complaints by 3 aggreived West Auckland customers. Do not ever use any of these two fraudsters who give the public nothing but Hell.

    The subsequent roofer I used to fix the roof took the time and effort to investigate where the leak was located and then went about fixing the leak. Andrew did not do any of that.
