    "Called the Managing Director (Brian) to book a quote and arranged time and day, plus gave additional contact details of drainlayer who they would need to work and liaise with. They first turned up the day before what had been arranged so area had not been excavated so unable see what was required. Had to keep following up for weeks as they never once called back the drainlayer or myself and kept being told would get quote soon.
    Decided to contact the Contracts Manager (Doug) directly to see… where he was at with the quote and was told they were not interested in doing the job as it was too small and too hard. Told them I was disappointed in their service, the delays caused to the project and that they should have told me this a lot sooner. I questioned their level of professionalism and said I would not recommend them to anyone – to which I received personal insults….reinforcing their lack of professionalism and the reason I now write my first ever negative review online.    "
