    "I would not recommend Big John's; I feel that they overpromise and underdeliver. They sprayed our house for ants and cockroaches. I was told that the ants and cockroaches would be gone for approximately a year, if not 3. I felt that they would back up their product and for some reason, I felt they would guarantee their spraying for at least 3 months. In less than 2 months, the ants came back. I contacted them twice about it (contacts were 7 days apart) and I am still waiting for a reply (it… is now 2 months later) that I do not expect to get. I would definitely not recommend them."

We sold our business to Carlton enterprises HB Ltd and/or Richard & Marina Carlton. in October 2013 . because of the way they treated our customers we repossessed the co in March 2015 we are sorry for the way they treated some of our customers. We spent 14 years building a good reputation Only to have people we thought we cut trust try to spoil it. Please accept my APOLOGIES and be assured that our reputation will be repaired and our services will be superb in the future. We Guarantee ALL our work to be to the best standard possible.     "We had our home treated for pests.The technician's atomiser left streaks of pesticide all over the doors, walls, and windows and he didn't warn us that touching the door handles would leave the pesticide on hands. My baby and myself both ended up with swollen eyelids for 2 days. A week later we had an ant problem so I phoned Big John who informed me that the treatment was just for flies.Ants are another costly treatment. I would have thought that 'pest' included ants. When I mentioned that we… still had a fly problem he gave me a 10 minute lecture on the life span of a fly and then said that even opening the door wold let them back in, so too bad. I would not recommend this operator to anyone. Big John is a Big Con. Beware. Apparently it's was a bad summer for flies and nothing will kill them so save yourself $120 and buy a fly swat."

    "Hi there we have researched this comment This lady had a standard spray witch did not cover ant, flee, or bed bug, infestations she did not tell us about the ants till some time later when we told her that ant infestations ( ants living within the house stretcher needed a special treatment) With regard to the stinging eye lids Had she read the information sheets left for her when the job was completed or listened to the information we give to all pest control customers when they book in a job. This would have been avoided . NO pest treatment in the world will stop flies coming in via an open window or door but will treat them when they land on a treated surface. As for the streaks left by us this is the 1st we have herd of it, had we been told we would have corrected the problem.
