    "Do not employ this company or person. He has cost me alot money and stress to put right his faulty coloured concrete and slip coating. The slip coat was dangerous to walk on and I had to wear no skid footwear to walk around my backyard until I had resources to pay to have it redone. We had to completely strip all product from the concrete and start again.
    His retaining walls and measurements and levels where shoddy. He never takes responsibility for poor workmanship.
    Doesnt turn up… for inspections and meetings.

    Didnt turn up at small claims court. Which I won.

    Hasnt paid a cent.

    Has taken his assets from one company and continues to trade as Concrete Direct Services Ltd to avoid payment.    "

    "This man should not be allowed to trade as a layer of concrete or a retaining wall builder.
    His job was VERY substandard and highly over priced from the quote. We had to take him to a civil court and we won. Haven't yet seen a cent of that money. He is now trading as Concrete Direct Services Ltd. He can certainly talk the talk but he can not deliver the quality.
    Note that all the GOOD ratings have been posted after the date of our hearing i.e. After August 2013 - a bit obvious don't you… think?

    "Don\'t use this guy. His website makes him look like an expert but he doesn\'t know what he\'s doing. We were left with concrete splatters and handprints all over or freshly painted retaining wall,( we now have to repaint), concrete in our pool and on our pavers and embedded in grout, which will not come out. His attitude \"well we could have covered it up but it would have cost more\". And he tried to charge by the square meter with out even measuring. A measure by us came in… much less than his estimation. Cowboy."

    "Concrete Direct Ltd stands behind there web sites and is willing to give addresses for any photo shown. When you don\'t let a contractor finish work for you and they are only half way into the job, it makes it very hard to a good job. I would hind Jason that you give contractors a fair go, you maybe surprised at the outcome. If anything has happen in the past re my staff I can only apologize but CDL has no control with this. We agreed on the square meters and as this was only a labour only job we thank you for your full payment for work carried out If you had of let CDL finished the work you would have found your fence painted, grout sorted and would have been happy with the finished job. However, after 15 year on the job I am very happy with CDL professionalism and work politics."
