    "Took the Porsche in for a WOF at the Glenfield branch. Usually I have problems because it's a Euro car, but not with these guys. Exceptionally helpful, hardly cost anything, they even cleaned the car and charged the battery overnight at no extra charge.

    Superb. Doesn't get any better than this."

    "If you value your family\'s safety never use Continental Cars to service your car! I put my jeep in for a service, and asked them to check the front tyre area that had started making a very loud rubbing noise whenever I braked. I picked the car up and they said there was no problem. Two weeks later I went to a vehicle testing station to get a WOF, and they wouldn\'t let me back on the road, as my brakes were so dangerous. With a simple visual inspection they could see the brake hoses were worn… through, to the point if I were to brake hard my brakes would fail completely. I was extremely upset, and called CCS to advise them as I had specifically asked this area be checked. I was told to leave it with them, however after two weeks of not hearing from them I called their after sales manager Duane Jarrett. I was told again to leave it with him, then a week later he called back. He said there was error on their part and would like to offer a $150 credit on my next service! I declined this - for a start I wouldn\'t risk my family\'s safety again trusting Continental Cars with my car safety, and secondly its seemed a token gesture and not fitting of the serious danger my family and I were put in. When I outlined this to Duane Jarrett he said \'well, nothing actually happened!.\' Good grief, the vehicle testing station wouldn\'t let me drive the car, and the mechanic I took it too to after this said not only did the brake hoses need to be replaced, but the service performed was shoddy, showing my the dirty air filter and corroded battery that both should have been remedied in even the most basic of services, let alone a premium priced service from CCS.I am still just appalled by the poor service received and the lack of ownership displayed from CCS when their attention was drawn to this serious issue.."
