- Colin Dawson said the job would take 2 weeks, it eventually took 2 months and that too after numerous follow ups!
- Towards the end Colin rushed the job and did not complete a few agreed tasks.
- We showed Colin exactly what we wanted; he went to see a sample of the finished product and assured us… he can do it, ended up messing up the finished product by not applying the material correctly and now we have a driveway which is a Health & Safety nightmare with glass sticking out in places!

- Colin stood us up numerous times by not showing up to appointments when he knew we had to take time off work to see him.

Colin Dawson did not keep his promise to fix the problems. Strung us along for 7 months, stood us up numerous times each time promising to fix the problems but never showed up. Made every excuse under the sun, from being busy with other jobs to weather to nearly being on his death bed!! Eventually he stopped answering our calls. Coincidently we ran into Colin somewhere and when confronted he started fumbling and admitted that he had been avoiding us as he never intended to fix the job and went back on all that was agreed, saying stuff like “do whatever you feel like” and “so what I lied!”, Colin kept swearing throughout the conversation and was very aggressive!

Therefore to summarize – Colin Dawson cannot manage his time, does not return calls and does not show up to appointments, promises more than he can deliver, doesn’t complete the full job and lacks the professionalism to front up straight away. Colin Dawson would rather avoid calls and make empty promises! Having paid him over $11,000, the quality of work and after sale service was crap and the way he acted at the end was appalling!
