    "We had a small job - just patching up a few holes made when we had some speakers installed (few extra holes had to be made to access areas) and a leak in our kitchen repaired ... so half a dozen holes. Steve came over to quote the job and said he could do it now, was only a small job ... he had everything with him, was in and out within a couple of hours. Tidied up after himself, used a drop sheet ... was friendly, efficient and professional ... what a pleasure, thank you!"
