    "Making it simply, my car lights were all working fine before they served my car. But after they did, all my car lights were not working and they refused to resolve the problem. Please find the detail below.

    In a WOF inspection, the glass of a tail light of my car was found broken. The inspector told me though all lights were working fine, I need to get the glass fixed so as to get a warrant. He wrote me a checklist after he checked my car, which can prove that my car lights were working… fine. Then I went to the Japanese Spares Ltd and asked them to replace my tail light. It was done, however, they accidentally broke the light cable, which resulted in short circuit. Then, all the brake lights were off and car became legally not drivable.

    They refused to help resolving the problem and just asked me to leave.

    Because of the damage that they did to my car and the cow boy communication, I will never buy anything from them again. For such a company, I definitely won’t recommend to anybody.    "
