"Do not use this company!! I had a very bad experience with them. They are expensive and were not at all careful. They smashed a glass coffee table top and dented & scraped my furniture as well as the walls in 3 places of my new home. They also left without reassembling 2 of our beds & also left all the furniture of my sons bedroom in the middle of the room and just left! It was doubly hard for me as i am a single mother & was left to shift it all into place by myself. When i raised… these issues with John Scott on the phone & in email he was very rude & awful."

"JOHN SCOTT REMOVALS LIMITED are a company I would not recommend to anyone. We used them twice for a house move at the end of 2009 and found them unprofessional and extremely expensive and their charges were exorbitant!! The first payment was made on our credit card and the second payment after a phone call from them was charged onto our credit card and was through the roof!! There was no way they wanted to negotiate and discuss this and I believe they are a total rip off. I was not aware until… recently that I could make it known publicly so great that I can vent my anger and warn others against this company. YOU REALLY SHOULD USE TIGER TRANSPORT FURNITURE MOVERS. THEY ARE OUTSTANDING AND EXTREMELY FAIRLY PRICED."

"On the day my mother passed away, I contacted this company and arranged for them to move three items of furniture from her hospital room to my home. It is a 12 minute drive. They charged us $260. I telephoned a number of times, giving John Scott the opportunity to rectify this gross overcharge, but he has so far failed to do so. What a rip off. "
