    "Polished concrete was professional to deal with, however their work is not because they left our job with a sub-standard finish. You can clearly see the polishing lines in our brand-new floor that make a potentially beautiful job, look quite awful. We paid 100% on the basis that they would make good, and yet we are still waiting for a solution. The last response from Polished Concrete Limited was they ONLY offered to fix up the floor as "good will". Not happy at all."

    "I can not express how satisfied we are with the results Bowie and Dan of Polished Concrete Limited have produced after 2 horrific failed attempts by Adam of Floormasters Ltd. We had lost sleep over their efforts and have nothing but praise to say with how professional the team are at PCL. From a floor that we thought was damaged beyond repair to an outcome that exceeded our expectations. Adam claimed our slab was deficient but PCL proved him wrong and the Disputes Tribunal agrees."
