    "Wizard service! Kevin has been servicing our computers for as long as I've been using them. He called out late night to fix our issues on two machines where we needed both new operating system support and backwards compatibility with old pre-WinXP software for the next week, requiring registry and driver updates and business networking. Also our Deskbank, Ace Payroll and Xero accounting workstation access from our Intel server. No fuss. One re-visit with updated drivers and job all done.
