Without making it clear to us Dion engaged a contract labour company for people he didn't know and subsequently put two totally incompetent people on our job who didn't have the necessary skills. The work was extremely poor quality, non building code head flashings were applied, poor tradesman ship and finishing for detailing, poor fixing, crooked jib, poor fixing of cladding it was a mess. We were… invoiced for time that wasn't correct and half the time the one qualified person was turning up late. Much of the work had to be redone by one of Dion's competent tradespeople. This cost us a lot of time, stress with emails and photos to identify the issues, and me having to be there all through this as it was a rental. We were most unhappy about this experience.
