Substandard job - my landlord called the cleaners back twice to put some more efforts, property still not that clean after that and as a result the landlord called in an independent cleaning company to finish the job properly, which means effectively I have paid for the cleaning service twice;
Not that professional - same as that mentioned in another comment here, some parts were… not even touched (what do they think "complete cleaning, everything needs to be thoroughly cleaned" mean?)!!!! And tools were left in the property (they knew they would have to come back?)!!!!!
Absolute useless carpet cleaning - the independent cleaning company hired by the landlord came back saying they didn't think the carpet had been cleaned. I saw Busy Bee's carpet cleaner doing the same, so I can verify they had done some cleaning at least, though pretty "quick" - a three-storey flat in 30 minutes.
Yep the landlord was fussy, but I also have to say Busy Bees' (at least the team I used) provided poor service, and will have to avoid them in the future."
