    "DONT USE THEM. Worst service I have ever had! Was promised a double gazed panel with cat door would be installed before Christmas. I cancelled the job in mid February after it still not being done. 1st the guy came to measure and said someone would call with the quote that day. I chased the quote and to check it was underway the following monday - they had no record of it and then when they found it they sent someone else to requote because the glass the 1st guy said didnt exist. Was promised… installed before Xmas. I kept chasing (they never call back when they say they will) then was told mid January, rung mid Jan couldnt find my job. Then got called to ask if my job had been installed, then given a date of installtion for the following Saturday morning - run at 12pm and they didnt belive I had a job with them, then found my sheet and said they would check with the storeman on Tuesday. They never rung back so I chased again, again spoke to several people who still couldnt give me a specific date when they would install. Next came me trying to cancell the job and them not wanting to - they had my creditcard details! Spoke to the manager 'of the day' and finally got job cancelled. DONT USE THEM. I've now used Papatoetoe Glass instead and they are totally amazing - use them instead."

    "DONT USE THESE GUYS. Worst customer service ever. The actual glass repair was fine what I have an issue with is their lying and follow up service. Tradesman's van leaked oil all over our pristine drive. He moved his van and leaked another huge patch. Auckland Glass made an appointment the next day to clean it up and never turned up. Haven't heard from them since. Sent an email. Still no response. No integrity. Happy to take your money but not happy to take responsibility for their actions."

    "A hugely unpleasant and frustrating experience. I needed a glass panel installed on our back door. I phoned Auckland Glass Ltd Henderson early Monday morning and explained I needed it sorted ASAP as I was away for business Wednesday morning. They reassured me it would definitely be done if I could wait till Tuesday. The job was booked in for sometime early Tuesday afternoon. I made myself available to be home and got a call late Tuesday afternoon casually saying they wouldn't be able to get to… my job. I had to call around at short notice and get someone to do it at emergency call out rate ($170). I would never recommend or deal with Auckland Glass Ltd again."

    "Just a small job but the workman tidied up before and after- used a drop cloth inside so no glass everywhere and the place was spic and span when he finished - efficient, clean and thorough. Excellent work"
